Jennifer Beall — The Power Behind The RSM Curtain

Republican Central Committee for the 73rd district member Jennifer Beall, is the wife of embroiled RSM city councilman Tony Beall, who is currently facing a recall campaign. Both Jennifer and Tony are currently facing a Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) complaint, the 79-page complaint details a long list of unreported gifts and assets. A decade of abuses by the Bealls was laid out in a recent email to the Republican Central Committee. Jennifer Beall has recently been working recently, mostly behind the scenes, to get Assemblyman Bill Brough (represents RSM in the statehouse) removed from office, a task she set herself after Assemblyman Brough sought to reign in control of the TCA (Toll Roads), all of which can be read about here.

Much has already been written about this topic, so the point of this article is to show how disingenuous Jennifer Beall is with her current surprise and outrage. Jennifer became Bill's campaign manager for Assembly in March 2013 and then the manager for his Assembly office in January 2015 and she resigned in May 2019. Since that time she has been expressing surprise and outrage online as blog posts from Aaron Parks at “Right on Daily” have supposedly “exposed” wrongdoing on the part of Assemblyman Brough. There are just a few problems with her faux outrage, which we will detail here, first some screenshots of “news” and articles she has shared:

Jennifer ran his office, so how was she unaware of these alleged abuses? Either she was a terrible manager, she was complicit or they didn’t happen, there is no other option. Then we notice that Jennifer is social media friends with Aaron Park, a blogger that lives in the general Sacramento area. Aaron was removed from the OC Politics blog in 2015 for problematic behavior at the time.

With that as the groundwork, we see this email from Jennifer to her boss Assemblyman Brough in May 2018.

We can safely assume the blogger is Aaron Parks at Right on Daily since he is the only one currently writing about this and feeding it to any news outlet that will cover it. The two investigations that have happened dismissed both allegations. The contents of that attached PDF are very interesting, screenshots follow:

Without getting into the details of the talking points (because it has been covered over and over, there are no texts and emails and Whistleblower 1 has been very active in the press, contrary to statements here), the ladies have been talking to any press that will listen, there is no fear and then Aaron Parks put out this hit piece about 2 hours before the press release actually ran, so that was clearly coordinated. So Jennifer Beall is not being honest with you, she has known about all these allegations for years and helped stop publication of them last year. She ran his office for years, so she knew all the expenses. She knew all of it and is acting surprised now so she can get a TCA friendly person into Brough’s seat, and that person is Laurie Davies, which you can see a friend let it slip in the screenshot below. Jennifer Beall has been moving people around like chess pieces for years to advance her and her husbands’ goals, and those goals appear to be oriented around the TCA based on the people they support and statements they’ve made.
